We’re looking for a natural leader to join our team as the VP of Business Development. We need a motivated, energetic, self-starter with a proven track record to develop new partnerships and ultimately create and deliver maximum revenue for LTG. You’ll be the one building our sales team from the ground up, all while finding partners, closing deals, and leading your team to success.

Requirements:
  • BA/BS in business or related field, MBA is a big plus
  • Proven and visible sales veteran (5+ years of experience), with experience growing and leading a team
  • Strong understanding of the test prep and higher education industries
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Must have a sense of urgency and high standard of accountability
  • Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally
  • Entrepreneurial, startup, or corporate innovation experience

Responsibilities:
  • Develop plans and strategy for the sales team; develop specific segment plans to ensure growth in all הrevenue streams
